Pratical Introduction to Culinary Skill..

TODAY, is my pratical of culinary skill.. my test is..how to make Roux..White Roux,Blond Roux and Brown Roux..huu its so essy..cuz i learn from BOOK plus YOUTUBE.. :D... but..not only roux i do it..i also do teh Bechamel and Veloute..its also essy maa...hahaha:D..after that i do the Cutting Vegetable...i just cut the ring onion, half onion, julian( carrot), dice ( carrot), lozenges ( carrot)..Alhamdulila..all the partical i can do IT...aminn..:) thx God:)
