bert bdn i makin naik... dari 48kg to 51kg...haaa 3kg berat i naik..nie semua gara2 i stress!!! asyik maknnnn je kerje....streesss!!!!!!!!..huuuu..i nak kurus balik...nak DIET!! i must DIET...
seluar pun dah x muat..dari saiz 27 to 28..huhuhu..jeans aku dah x leh pakai...sgt2 sempit:( my skinny also.. lengan makin besr..TAPI...peha aku tetp maintain..haha nasib baik aku nie bukn jenis peha yg besar...:)haha klu x ..mesti npk mcm nangka busuk knnn...:D hahahahha..
n anyone ada petua nak kurg kn lemak kt bdn..blh la bg tahu aku k..
